Acrylic Sheet Fabrication Manual
A new resource guide for fabricators of ACRYLITE PLUSŪ acrylic sheet is now available from CYRO Industries. The sheet is ideal for P.O.P. displays, and store fixtures that require increased impact strength and durability combined with the beauty and clarity of acrylic. Applications include signage, slat wall bins, cosmetic applications, food bins, and menu holders.

The sheet is continuously manufactured and can be easily fabricated with standard acrylic fabrication equipment. The manual details each step of the fabrication process, including: cutting, drilling, routing, edge and surface finishing, line bending, cementing, painting and silk -screening, and thermoforming.

Due to its low forming temperature range the sheet can be thermoformed into a variety of complex finished parts with fast turnaround times. It readily bonds to itself or to standard acrylic sheet, allowing fabricators to combine thinner gauges of ACRYLITE PLUS sheet with standard acrylic for better -engineered products at substantial cost -savings. The manual also offers fabricators information on special handling of ACRYLITE PLUS sheet for laser cutting operations. In addition, a reference of equipment and tooling suppliers throughout North America is provided.
