Acrylic Sheet On Reels
Sign manufacturers and fabricators can now take advantage of flexible sizing, reduced scrap and improved yields with new ACRYLITEŽ SG acrylic sheet continuous reels. The reels significantly reduce costs by enabling sheet to be cut to exact sizes to match specifications. This enables even the largest signs to be manufactured with ACRYLITE SG sheet since continuous reels eliminate the restrictions posed by sheet sizes. Developed specifically for signage applications, impact modified ACRYLITE SG sheet offers durability, weather resistance, ease of fabrication and color consistency. Its impact strength translates into less breakage during production, shipping and installation for lower total cost of use.

The sheet reels improve flexibility for both sign manufacturers and distributors. Wound on wooden spools, each reel represents a full pallet of sheet. When unrolled, sheet can be easily formed or otherwise flattened to meet virtually any sign manufacturing need. Reel quantities are made to order and are available in clear and white, in widths ranging from 51" to 100", and in thicknesses ranging from 0.118" to 0.236".

The sheet is designed to resist chipping and reduce or eliminate the need to manufacture replacement signs. It provides many times the impact strength of standard acrylic and offers superior weatherability and protection against surface marring.
