Vacuum Tables

Systematic Automation Inc. is now offering full line of precision vacuum tables for industrial applications. The vacuum table top, which is flat within ±.001” for most sizes, features a 1/8” thick top skin constructed from aluminum alloy backed up by a layer of epoxy resin. This combination provides excellent resistance to dents and dings. You literally have to hit these tables with a hammer to dent them. The inner honey-comb core is slotted, top and bottom, to provide vacuum flow evenly across the table. Commonalty of materials reduces the affect of temperature differences affecting the table flatness.

Standard table sizes range from 5” x 6” x 1.25” up to 48” x 96” x 1.25” with standard vacuum holes 1/16” in diameter and spaced 1/2” apart. There is a 3/8” flange all around to facilitate mounting and the vacuum source can be from the bottom or side. Custom sizes are available as are full systems including vacuum pump and shutoff valves, blow-back valves and pop-up registration pins.
