Sustaplast L.P. has appointed Tim Brown General Manager for its business operations in Edgewood, NY and manufacturing facility in Exton, PA. Brown brings over 15 years experience from sister company Röchling Engineered Plastics, Gastonia, NC.

Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products appointed Greg Hallam to cover the North Central U.S. sales territory.

ZL engineering plastics, inc. announced Christopher L. Dorlini has been appointed Inside Sales Coordinator for ZL-East. Dorlini will supervise inside sales staff and grow ZL’s stock shapes sales to plastic dis-tributors.

Long-time Poly Hi Solidur, Inc., employee, Jim Friesen, has announced his retirement effective the end of May. Friesen has spent more than two decades representing Poly Hi Solidur and its products, beginning in 1983 when he joined Solidur Plastics as a Territory Manager. Poly Hi Solidur also announced the following promotions:

CYRO Industries, has appointed Steven J. Vaccaro as Marketing Manager, Sheet Products. CYRO has also appointed Sean Whalen and Aaron Cox as Sales Representatives for Sheet Products servicing the Canadian and South Central regions respectively.

E&T Plastics of Illinois has moved into a new 25,000 square foot facility in Addison, Illinois. Al Bennett will remain Branch Manager. Vern Murry has been named Assistant Branch Manager. Murry joined E&T in 1999 as a warehouse manager.

James P. McCormick recently joined Cope Plastics, Inc. of Godfrey, IL as General Manager, Graphics Market and a member of the Cope Plastics Executive Management Team. McCormick will work with all sixteen Cope Plastics locations in the Midwest.

Venture Plastics Inc. announced hiring Chris Sokol as Corporate Quality Assurance Manager. Sokol’s responsibilities will include both the Newton Falls and Venture’s New Methods, Burton, Ohio facilities.

Angelo Gangone, AWFS® Fair Director, has been named one of the top 25 association show managers by Tradeshow Week. Gangone impressed the independent editorial team, which identifies leaders in the tradeshow industry, with his bold move to take the Fair to Las Vegas in 2005.
