Ceramic Edge Scraper

FTM, Inc. introduced the Acryl-Scraper™. Available in two sizes, the Acryl-Scraper has a ceramic blade that is state-of-the-art for scraping plastic. These ceramic blades have an unsurpassed flatness and a square edge. FTM tested ceramic blades from several manufacturers. Several of the blades they tested had a radius to the edge. The curved edge resulted in minimal contact area with the plastic and poorer overall performance. The combination of incredible flatness and a square edge allow the blade on FTM’s scrapers to maintain a large contact area on the plastic for precise and easy removal of material. The CS200 (large blade) and CS100 (small blade) are extremely durable and require little to no maintenance.
