Transilwrap Sold

Transilwrap Company, Inc. announced that all of the stock of the 73 year old company has been sold to its Senior Management Team. Headed by the company’s President, Mark Stevens, the nine-member management group purchased the company from the founding families of Sabra Minkus and Herb Drower with financing provided by its senior lender.

The entire Transilwrap business in the United States and it’s Canadian subsidiary is included. There will be no changes to existing management or day-to-day operations, the company reports.
