Multiple Zone Vacuum Table

Accu-Router, Inc. announced that a programmable multiple zone bleeder vacuum table option is now available with their High Velocity series of CNC routing systems. This capability means enhanced holddown efficiency which equates to potentially higher cutting rates, less part movement during a cut, smaller parts being effectively held, tighter nests and improved material yield. This leads directly to a higher return on the machine cell investment and productivity.

Being programmable allows the operator to focus the vacuum flow where you need it when you need it. The activated zones are designated within the machine part program. As machining is finished in one area, the program directs the flow from other active areas. In this way, lateral and porosity leakage are minimized for impact on holddown efficiency.
