Edge Grinder & Saw Blades

A.W.E.D. now offers an air tool, referred to as a die grinder or HS hand air router, that can round the edge of acrylic material. The tool is cabable of speeds up to 23,000 rpm and features an adjustable referrence fence set at 45°. By changing the profile of the router bit, half round of different radius or inverted half round edges can be made. The special fence can get into the smallest of curves in material up to its diameter of 1/2”.

Also available are plastic cutting saw blades featuring triple-chip grind (TCG) tooth design from 10” – 16” diameter.
