Spiral ‘O’ Flutes

Integra Tooling offers a line of mirrorpolished spiral ‘O’ flute tooling that are specifically designed for acrylics such as Plexiglas®, Acrylite® and Lucite®. These are the original polished ‘O’ flutes featuring highly polished micro-grain carbide which allows for better chipejection, longer tool life, superior finish, faster feed-rates and eliminates chip-welding. Other mirror-polished tooling is available for foam materials, aluminum, other nonferrous metals and stainless steel. Made in France.
