High Performance Polymer Lining

Röchling Engineered Plastics announced the addition of Polystone ® MATROX™ to their standard product offering as a lining material for bulk material handling. MATROX is a premier lining product which exhibits an extremely low surface friction to promote the flow of materials in trucks, chutes, bins and hoppers. It meets the needs of industries that require a material which will outperform stainless steel and other UHMW products when handling cohesive bulk materials and still provide a very acceptable life because of the product’s abrasion-resistant properties. The material offers low friction, abrasion- resistance, UV resistance, heat stabilization and weldability in one product. The material is available in unique sheet sizes of 4’ x 10’, 4’ x 20’, 8’ x 10’ and 8’ x 20’ to maximize yield and minimize seams and fasteners. The sheet size is also ideal for over-the-road truck bed linings.
