Acetal Copolymer In 4' x 10' Plates

TECAFORM™ low stress, high strength acetal copolymer is now available in 4’ x 10’ sheets with thickness of 1/4” to 2”. This semi-crystalline thermoplastic product features excellent strength, as well as good dimensional stability, good wear and abrasion properties and good property retention at elevated temperatures.TECAFORM is commonly used in bushings, rollers, wear strips and other applications requiring a combination of strength, low moisture absorption and resistance to hot water, hydrocarbons, fuels and solvents.

The sheet is available in natural and black grades. Natural grade is FDA, USDA, NSF, and 3A Sanitary compliant. Black grade is FDA compliant. Material is produced in a wide variety of stock shapes and sizes, all of which exceed requirements of the ASTMD 6100 standard for stress in extruded acetal material. Slabs are available in 2’ x 4’, 4’ x 8’, and 4’ x 10’ sizes.
