Nylatech Celebrates 10 Years

Nylatech, Inc., specializing in manufacturing cast nylon 6 and 6/12 as rod, sheet and tubular bar as well as finished or semi-finished custom cast components, began producing cast nylon in Everson, Washington in April of 1995. Starting with just a handful of employees and utilizing only 1/3 of their 20,000 square foot facility, Nylatech began by supplying responsive, quick deliveries on long length tubular bar, standard size rod and plates. Keeping the focus on flexible and responsive manufacturing processes, Nylatech remains dedicated to the needs of their customers and supplies quick turnaround times on quality cast nylon stock shapes and custom cast shapes.

Today Nylatech employs over 25 people and is expanding their facility by another 16,000 square foot In addition, Nylatech now produces tubular bar in 52” lengths in outer diameters of 18” with lead times often less than 3 days. Their rod and plate production has tripled over the past 10 years with flexibility and responsiveness built into the process. The latest achievement has been the production of 4’ x 10’ sheets in thickness up to 4”.
