Cast Acrylic Shapes & Embedments

BCH Unique has been manufacturing cast acrylic shapes and embedments since 1957. The company can meet the needs of a variety of markets for a wide range of applications from finished products to components for plastic fabricators and display producers.

BCH Unique can cast virtually any shape and any PMS color with no minimum quantity requirement. Cast shapes can be either opaque or translucent with granite, glitter and marble-look colors also available. They can be supplied highly polished with polished edges (no flaming) or as thick unfinished blocks. BCH can also embed different products inside the cast piece (for floating illusion) and offers all types of decoration options including silk screening, laser engraving, sandblasting and digital printing. They also offer an annealing treatment to prevent surface crazing when the parts come in contact with alcohol based products such as perfumes or inks.
