Aggregate, Right-Angle Heads

Techniks Aggregate Head Brochure outlines a variety of aggregate heads to speed up CNC router operations. Simply load these heads into your tool-changer to combine routing, drilling, sawing and mortising operations. The heads are available for HSK, BT and ISO spindles.

Aggregate heads enable CNC routers to perform shaping, sawing and drilling at difficult angles combining different tasks into one and reducing the number of tool changes needed. Techniks aggregate heads are available with one, two or four outputs. The single output “Vario” head can adjust to any angle from 0° to 100° and perform difficult angled operations. All the heads can rotate 360° on the Z axis and operate at speeds up to 15,000 rpm. A wide variety of output options including ER25 and ER32 collets and saw spindles are available.
