The Balestrini Idea, from Solid Wood Systems, combines speed and accuracy in a compact CNC machining center. Ideal for both small and large production runs, the Idea features fully digital controls with drives by NUM. Its single fixturing insures multiple operation accuracy with high part output while requiring only a single operator. The machines programming can be supplied with preset machining macros as well as a wide variety of other programming systems and options. Heavy duty, high quality construction insures years of dependability with consistent precision of end product output. Idea is especially adept at shaping, routing, boring and the numerous other operations required in the manufacture of three dimensional plastic components that are not easily handled by traditional CNC machining centers.
