20 Inch Diameter Natural Acetal Rod

Natural copolymer acetal rod is now available 20” in diameter from ZL engineering plastics inc. The ZL™ 900 rod is available for purchase in 1’ lengths and can be supplied to 39.4” in length. ZL previously offered natural acetal rod up to only 12” in diameter.

Acetal is typically used for application requiring high strength and stiffness, close tolerances and performance to 180°F. Acetal is a popular material choice for bearings, bushings, gears, material handling equipment parts, electronic/electronic components and parts found in pump assemblies.
