Panel Saw for Cutting Plastics

Designed with plastic distributors and fabricators in mind, the Sigma Impact 105 PLM panel saw provides superior cutting quality while reducing material waste and improving yield at an affordable price. New features incorporated into the standard offering include a 48” solid phenolic rear table to support strip crosscutting and a new upper beam design to further improve chip evacuation of UHMW and other tough to evacuate debris. SCM also added version 5.0 of Wincut Software which incorporates their new easy to use, graphically driven panel editor for quick, powerful programming and recall of cutting jobs.

Highly productive features of the Sigma Impact 105 include a 3.6” cutting capability, high speed carriage movement with optimized operation for fast cycle times; a worktable and pusher system designed to cut thin materials; powerful 18 hp independent main motor; main blade cooling and a pusher with clamps for quick, accurate loading and cutting.

Equipped with a Windows® XP based IBM PC including Cutty Sheet Optimization Software, this saw guarantees repeatability and easy operator interface. The Sigma also includes an integrated network connection for on-line technical support. The saw is available in 10.5’, 12.5’ or 14.5’ configurations.
