CNC Band Sawing Center

The MZ Project Band Sawing Center from Solid Wood Systems, combines a 3 Axis CNC band saw with a CC point-to-point boring unit to deliver the fastest and most efficient method for cutting and boring sheet plastics and panels. Bandsawing is much faster than routing and significantly reduces waste. The MZ cuts difficult (+/-90ş inclination) parts easily and automatically bandsaws and bores multiple sheets in one simple operation. Optional Alphcam software allows you to import “profiles” generated by a digitizer or directly import DXF files generated by AutoCad. All technical data is displayed on the MZ’s color monitor.
