TriStar Plastics Corp. Acquires CJ Composite Bearings

TriStar Plastics Corp., a manufacturer and distributor of custom engineered plastic components, announced the acquisition of CJ Composite Bearings Division from Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation. According to Richard Cedrone, TriStar CEO, the acquisition will form the foundation of a new TriStar division; strengthen the company’s offering in the marketplace and better position TriStar for strategic growth and future expansion.

TriStar’s new manufacturing division will offer a standard line of CJ composite bearings and engineered custom components.
