Tooling Board Line
Curbell Plastics, Inc. has added 13 grades of urethane
and epoxy tooling boards to compliment their robust
portfolio of products.
The Rampf® boards have
been widely adopted for use in
prototype, tooling, pattern
and fixture applications. Highperformance
RAKU-TOOL®
tooling boards are gaining
acceptance in the industry due
to excellent machining capabilities,
superior edge definition, better chip formation,
very fine surface structure and ease of sanding.
Grades include: low density styling boards (10 – 29
pounds per cubic foot) for styling and design models for
determination of fit and function; medium density model
boards (34 – 45 pounds per cubic foot) for models and
patterns and high-density work boards (44 – 106 pounds
per cubic foot) for jigs, fixtures, foundry patterns, core
boxes and vacuum forming molds.
Rampf® RAKU-TOOL® tooling boards are distributed in
North America exclusively by Curbell Plastics. Curbell also
offers a full line of mold making RTV silicones and liquid
urethane and epoxy casting resins.
