Co-extrusions & Extrusions

An expanded range of difficult profile co-extrusions and single extrusions is available from HPE Extrusion Solutions, Inc., Bally, PA, in exact custom configurations specified by customers.

The plastic parts, made from in-house custom dies, can be designed, developed and produced to meet a customer’s complete requirements for profile, type of resin, quantity, color and other specifications. Difficult profiles up to seven inches meet a wide range of applications in almost every industry from bird patches and garage door seals to truck parts.

Experienced in-house custom die-making can furnish both complex and more conventional configurations.

HPE will work with customers to develop the most compatible thermoplastic material, design innovative extrusions and co-extrusions, manufacture custom dies, and produce finished tight tolerance pieces in high and low volumes, as required.
