Extrusion Welder

The new Exweld Sigma model extrusion welder is finally available in the North American Market. Available in a self contained as well as an external air version, the machine excels in compactness. At only 16” long and 10 lbs (Sigma-EC) to 13 lbs (Sigma-SC), the machine uses up to 3/16” dia. welding rod to supply more than 4 lbs/hr. The multiple positioning possibility of the PTFE shoe/air outlet and the handle allow easy change in welding travel direction.
