New Acrylic Hardware

ABC Plastics, Inc. introduced four new products for the plastic fabricating industry: 12” Diameter Turntable, Micro-Hinge, Flex-Hinge and the Mag-Button. They are also increasing their product line of clear urethane bumpers and are now a distributor for Vortex Tools.

The new 12” Dia. Turntable is available in clear or black styrene and follows the design of ABC Plastics’ 8 1/2”, 5 1/2” and 4 1/4” Turntables with the open center.

The 8 1/2” Turntable fits inside the 12” Turntable so you can have a multi directional display.

ABC Plastics’ new Micro- Hinge uses their patentpending micro design technology. This hinge is only 0.65” L x 1 1/2” W but is stronger than many other, larger hinges. It is available in clear DR101 and black ABS material.

Following the design of the Mag-Catch, the Mag-Button was designed to be solvent bonded to a display or plastic signage; then attached directly to any ferrous metal with a strong hold but could also be easily and quickly removed. Available in clear acrylic material, it measures 3/4” dia. x 3/16” height.

ABC’s Flex-Hinge is clear acrylic leaf halves with a clear urethane center. It features a low 3/16” profile when bonded. This is a super strong hinge with just the right amount of flex. It is used largely for the food industry and golf cart windows and measures 1 3/8” W x 49” L x 3/16” H.
