Mirror Finish “O” Flute

Amana Tool announced new solid carbide spiral “O” flute router bits with mirror finish for producing clean, smooth cuts in plastic and aluminum materials. The bits are made according to strict tolerances from an exclusive carbide grade and polished to a mirror finish using Amana’s unique process. The router bits are designed for use on a variety of plastics, wood and solid surface. The aluminum cutting solid carbide “O” flute mirror finish router bits provide superior cutting results in aluminum, brass, copper and other nonferrous metals. Available in diameters ranging from 1/8” to 1/4", the bits are designed with either a right-hand helix which is designed to eject the chips upward, or a left hand helix designed to eject the chips downward.
