Vycom’s New Website

Vycom, a division of CPG International, has launched a new website to clearly define its growing product families and help customers streamline their buying efforts. Vycom is a world leader in Olefin and PVC solutions for a vast number of industries, such as graphic and display, marine, playground/recreation and food processing, as well as fire, chemical and corrosion resistant materials.

According to Don Wharton, President of Vycom, the new site will help the company manage its rapid growth by showing its broad product offerings, industry applications and essential data about each of the six product families, which include: Celtec® graphic/display boards for inside and outdoor applications; Flametec® clean room and semiconductor fire safe materials; Seaboard® outdoor furniture and marine components; Corrtec® chemical and corrosion resistant materials; Playboard® sheet for modular recreational and playground systems and Sanatec® food processing and cutting board materials.

These distinct product “families,” as Vycom defines them, serve a diverse mix of markets, yet have a common thread of manufacturing leadership and operational flexibility, such as consolidation of purchase orders and shipments across product families.

The new site lists key benefits of each product family and shows profiles, sizes, colors and finishes with illustrated graphics. It also provides downloadable .pdf files with marketing, technical specs and MSDS information. A News section will contain new company announcements and trade shows. To assist in purchasing, the site also has a Distributor Locator, by zip code.
