Push-Lock Screws
popco’s extra-long push-lock posts and screws are now available in lengths from 1.25" to 2" long. These new lengths complement their standard lengths that range from .125" to 1" long. They are ideal for rapid assembly of swatch books, brochures or nearly any material that needs to be bound together. The posts and screws grip and hold simply by being pushed together; threading is not required. The posts are available from 1.25" to 2" long, screws are .375" long, .24" shaft diameter, .375" head diameter, slotted-style heads, white polypropylene posts, white Celcon® screws, Sara III compliant containing no prohibited chemicals or heavy metals designed and manufactured in Minnesota.

Fabrication Tools and Materials, Inc. (FTM) offers Mylar Assembly Tape, a high-strength, solvent resistant and clean release tape. Mylar has just the right amount of stretch, won't easily tear or break down when in contact with standard acrylic solvents. The silicone adhesive holds strong and releases clean without leaving a residue.

For gluing, they offer a Glass Syringe, precision ground to exact tolerance and fitted with a metal luer lock tip. The GL10TK Syringe Kit includes one 10ml glass syringe paired with 12 stainless- steel applicator needles, stored in a hard plastic protective case. These applicator needles are 1 1/12" in length with a stainless-steel hub that mates perfectly to the luer lock tip and offered in 23 or 25 gauge. The all-glass syringe is truly Top Shelf. Wood-Cutters Tooling Inc. in partnership with German manufacturer EURACRYL GmbH, have expanded their cutting and polishing tool line for plastics.

EURACRYL products enable processing of PMMA, PC, PETG, SAN, mixed materials (e.g., PMMA + aluminum or paper), as well as production of high-gloss, standard gloss and satin surfaces or surfaces to be glued.

Edge polishing tools include over 2,700 options of diamond milling heads for at least 50 different machine manufacturers.

Tools for CNC milling machines include over 1,000 standard tools featuring cuttings edges of monocrystalline diamond, polycrystalline diamond, and solid carbide.
