New Year, New Opportunities
The new year offers new opportunities. Each issue we strive to provide you with the news and information that will lead to new opportunities for your company. The business climate is getting better every day. The products that we feature in this issue will improve your productivity and profitability, giving you an even greater competitive edge.

To help your company develop new opportunities this year, this issue features Composites, Finishing & Assembly, and Signs & P.O.P. that will open doors, and new markets for your business. These suppliers are ready to help you succeed in 2024 and beyond.

First up, we look at what’s new in Composites. They are well suited for applications in oil and gas, semiconductor, and electronics as well as medical, aerospace, analytic instrumentation, and energy. Composites offer superior strength to weight ratios, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and moisture resistant. From thermoset plastics which are unique composites of cross-linked resins to continuous fibre-reinforced thermoplastic plates and multilayer hybrids, opportunities are everywhere for these unique materials.

Next turn to our Finishing & Assembly spotlight for several products that will make your life easier and provide a professional finish to your products.

Lastly, turn to the Signs & P.O.P. spotlight. With online retailers taking more and more of the retail pie away from brick-and-mortar stores, your customers are looking for more creative ways to showcase their products. Our spotlight highlights some innovative materials, machinery, tooling and components to help you fabricate durable, high impact signs and displays.

Finally, in Safety Solutions Jack Podojil addresses Eye Safety & Safety Glasses. Did you know that you are required by law to fit test workers when you give them safety glasses? Employers must assess their workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the need for personal protective equipment (PPE), and select PPE that properly fits each affected employee.

If your company needs assistance with a safety related matter, Jack would be happy to help. He is available for an initial consultation and has 50 years in industrial safety. E-mail him at jpodojil@podojilconsulting.com today!

We look forward to bringing you the news and new products that will lead your company to new opportunities this year. To find additional resources, search our website. You can also contact our advertisers, or manage your subscription.

Enjoy the issue,
