CONDUCTIVE ELASTOMERS
Rubbercraft Corporation has developed a series of conductive elastomers that provide EMI, RFI and ESD shielding. Products range from complete assemblies to extruded continuous lengths. With shielding capability from 80 to 115 dB and volume resistivity ranging from 10-3 to 108 W-cm per MIL-G-83528, the products are said to excel in environments where high performance is required. The in-house laboratory can custom formulate products. Metallic and non metallic fillers, including carbon, silver, copper, nickel, and aluminum particles are available. They are embedded in standard and custom-base rubber polymers consisting of silicone, fluorosilicone and organic rubber.
