LONG LIFE LASER TUBES
The Industrial Laser Source, Inc. introduces a long life, true continuous wave laser tube for industrial use. Power levels include 10, 25, 50, 100, 120 and 200 watts. These tubes produce a continuous round beam which offers smooth, clean, sterile edges, the smallest heat affected zone, minimal damage to sensitive materials, and flawless cuts with no serrated edges. The Gaussian beam provides concentrated power for maximum speed, accuracy, repeatability and efficiency. The laser tube is DC excited which requires no impedance matching between power supply and tube unlike existing RF excited tubes. This enables you to swap tubes and power supplies. The tubes can be mounted in any orientation and use 4 times less electricity than an RF tube. It is also designed to minimize heat dump into the manufacturing area.
