EXPANDED RANGE OF BARBED FITTINGS
Ark-Plas Products has expanded its line of quality fittings to include barbed fittings for tubing internal diameters of 1/16" through 1/2" and thread sizes from 10-32 UNF to 1/2-14 pipe threads. Molded to tight specifications to maintain a sharp barb for a leak proof seal, they are suitable for polyurethane, vinyl and other flexible plastic tubing. For higher pressures, critical applications or flexible tubing with a poor memory, they offer a line of sleeve locks that can be used to maintain the seal up to the burst pressure of the tubing. Fittings are available for tubing internal diameters of 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" in polypropylene and nylon, are also available in acetal, black heat-stabilized nylon, high density polyethylene and Kynar for enhanced chemical resistance. Fittings are available as straight connectors, 90 degree elbows and in three way tee configurations.
