Machine Automation Technologies, Inc. new Pro Series CNC router is available in 9 sizes from 5 x 5 to 10 x 12 foot process areas. The key feature of the new machines is its heavy tube frame base, fully stress relieved and machined, and a unique bearing system which provides exceptional rigidity and accuracy. They use precision roller bearings and have an integrated rack. They offer superior contamination resistance and several times the load carrying capacity of similar ball bearings. MultiCam CNCs come standard with an integrated network interface (DNC) and all machines come with automatic touch probes for setting the tool offsets. Automatic tool changers and multiple spindles are standard options as well.
