CORRUGATED PLASTIC WELDERS
Dukane's Corrugated Box Welder offers a fast, effective and affordable means for assembling plastic totes, boxes and other corrugated plastic packaging. Mounted on a 6-ft. steel column and supported by a 48" x 30" aluminum base plate, the free-standing corrugated box welding system currently includes a 20 kHz ultrasonic thruster/press with titanium horn. For greater efficiency, the weld process is initiated through use of a foot pedal, freeing operator hands while the system's horn lowers and contacts the plastic material to create sturdy, single or multiple bond points using heat and vibration. The welder offers both 36" and 42" throat depths (the distance from horn back to support column) and provides the flexibility to accommodate a variety of custom packaging designs. In addition, optional casters allow the welder to be quickly and easily relocated throughout the manufacturing environment, as needed. Circle No. 93.
