THERMAL PRESS
The newly expanded 100 Series model TS is a bench top manually operated heat staking press from Sonitek. The press comes standard with a 340 watt tapped probe for replaceable tips or a 3" x 3" heated platen for custom tools. It is now available with up to six outputs and two temperature controllers. Unique among staking and metal insertion processes, the thermal heat process can perform multiple stakes and insertions on multiple planes in one cycle.
