INCREASED SPEED AND ACCURACY

ShopBot Tools has redesigned their affordable CNC tools with rack and pinion drive systems. Their new larger motors increase power, speed and accuracy for full-time production work. Both tools now boast .002" step resolution and repeatability and .015" overall accuracy in heavy cutting. Positioning speeds are up to 250" per minute.

Their Personal Robotic Tools are offered in two models: the PR96 with a 48" x 96" x 6" cutting area, and the PR32 with a 36" x 48" x 6" cutting area. Custom sizing is also available. All tools utilize ShopBot's proprietary control system and software which provide full 3D control and interface with all graphics programs exporting .dxf, g-code, hpgl, and tiff files, including AutoCAD, Corel Draw, VectorCAM, Casmate, and SignLab's Enroute. Plastics fabricators around the world are using ShopBots to cut HDPE, acrylics, ABS, PVC, and many other materials.
