CUTTING OPTIMIZER

Eurosoft announced the release of version 4.75 of the ARDIS Cutting Optimizer. This new version has built-in macro programming capabilities very similar to many standard Windows® programs, such as spreadsheets or word processors. With this new feature the user can put frequently used functions of the optimizer such as "optimize," "print report," "download to saw" etc. into one macro program. Instead of executing these commands individually, which requires many mouse clicks and constant human intervention, the user only needs to start the macro at the beginning of the session. This saves valuable operator time and makes the process of optimization and its related functions, such as printing reports and downloading to the saw, independent of the presence of a human operator.
