UHMW-PE EXTRUSIONS

Artek, Inc., manufacturers of quality DURAVAR Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Extrusions, will celebrate their 15th Anniversary this year. With a complete focus on UHMW-PE products, they are positioning themselves as an expert in the industry.

Their expanding capabilities allow them to supply a full line of high performance products including rod, board, quarter sheet, half sheet, full sheet, and profile in a variety of formulations.

Their products are extruded to close dimensional tolerances to reduce excessive machining costs and increase customer profits.

They recently added DURAVAR Half Sheet Plus+ to their line to create a product that would maximize yield and reduce handling and laboring of full sheet when working with cut-to-size jobs. The introductory sizes range from 1" through 2" in a standard width of 24-3/4". These initial sizes were accepted so well that thicknesses up to 3" have been added. All thicknesses can be purchased in virgin, reprocessed and modified grades of UHMW-PE.
