LC2 LASER CENTER

Affordable, fast and very accurate are three ways to best describe the Jamieson LC2 Laser Center. Based on 35 years of experience with automatic industrial machinery and 15 years with laser systems, they designed the LC2 with a fixed table and a three axes lightweight gantry system. Workpieces are therefore stationary, do not require clamping, and can be small and intricate. The lightweight gantry allows high accelerations and contouring speeds. It is ideally suited for cutting and welding, which may easily be combined with drilling and engraving.

No maintenance, sealed beam CO2 lasers are used, which may be able to run over 10 years at 1 shift before requiring refilling. They are available from 100 to 500 Watts of power to produce your parts most economically and can handle a variety of materials. Operating costs of the sealed lasers are much lower than those of gas flow lasers, due to their simpler design and permanent gas filling.

The system is available in a 4'x4' table or a 4'x8' table with vacuum system and chiller including automatic material handling, auto focus, split beam optics and additional axes.
