LONG STROKE DRILL

AutoDrill's^™ Series 2000 and Series 2100 drill units are now available with strokes to 9". Multi-wall drilling operations can now be done from one side to reduce capital equipment costs. In addition to drilling applications, long stroke units are used for tube deburring, inspection, assembly, and motion control.

The Model 2090 and 2190 AutoDrills are based on their pneumatic feed and mechanical rotation designs. This allows the new units to have a majority of parts, including all recommended spare parts, in common with the 2" and 4" stroke drill units.

AutoDrill drill units are heavily constructed and rated for continuous duty. They are backed by a one-year warranty. Free engineering is provided to assist the customer with their application.
