NEW CNC ROUTER LINE

Three new computerized routers headed by the Model NR-360 CNC have been announced by Onsrud Machine Corporation. The NR-360 embodies a traveling 4 x 8-foot vacuum table and closed, fixed portal. Each frame is fabricated from stress relieved welded heavy steel plate. A smaller 3 axis C-frame style Model NR-260 with 3 x 4-foot table and a 2 axis NR-231 series, 2.5 x 4-foot table are also available. Table work surfaces of each model are covered with high-density polyethylene with vacuum grid and ports for work hold down. Vacuum is supplied from included integrated pump system. Variable frequency, 10hp, 1,000 - 24,000 rpm, spindles are standard. Automatic Tool Changers with up to 8 tools are optional.

Full-featured CNC control for each machine model is Windows^® based industrial PC architecture with familiar pull down menus, fill-in-the-blanks type programming aids, teach-in assisted program generation, error diagnostics, context sensitive help and more. DNC features provide program execution also from 3.5" diskette or host computer.
