New Panel Saw
Hendrick introduced the newest member of its panel saw line, the Legacy, a low cost CNC machine with a 10 1/2" (3250mm) length of cut. Equipped with a touch screen controller with manual or automatic operation, the saw features easy programming for repeating part sizes, up to ten sets of five different part sizes and up to ninety-nine repeats of each size.
Standard features are variable cutting speeds up to 100 fpm with high-speed carriage return; a 10 HP main blade motor powers the saw. A separate scoring blade for chip-free cutting of double-sided laminate materials is also included.
An AC servo motor drives the material pusher with speeds from 16 to 49 fpm. Other standard features are; solid table surfaces for cutting small parts, full 4" depth of cut capability, one fixed and two moveable front tables, side aligner for cross cuts and four dust collection ports. Optional features include custom sizes, air flotation tables and dust collection systems.
