Modular Dust Collector
BELFAB introduced a new technological innovation to its NBM Modular Dust Collector system. It is a simple and inexpensive pneumatic material handling Dust Transfer System (DTS) incorporating their new patent-pending Channel Flow Technology. This low-cost, dust removal solution eliminates the need for costly rotary air lock or screw conveyor systems, by using the affordable DTS technology to collect dust and transfer particle residue to a storage bin situated either inside or outside the plant.

The NBM dust collector and transfer solution also incorporates additional features such as a low height design of only 12 feet. This low profile feature gives a shop the flexibility of integrating units in a plants with a ceiling as low as 13’. This in-house installation capability offers the advantage of avoiding municipal or state by-laws or restrictions forbidding the installation of equipment outside a building.
