New Polycarbonate & Polyester Sheet
Suntuf Inc. offers PAL-TUF™, PALSUN® and PAL-SUN PLUS® standard poly-carbonate sheet and polycar-bonate sheet with a co-extruded UV protective layer on one or both sides. The sheets are ideal in areas exposed to vandalism or high impact. They offer acoustic and thermal insulation properties and are light-weight and flexible, withstand temperature extremes and can be easily thermoformed, vacuum formed, bent and fabricated. They are available in transparent, translucent and opaque colors in thickness of 1 and 1.5 mm and 2 to 12 mm (in unit values) in several sheet sizes. Fire resistant, embossed and matte versions are also offered.

PAL-G™ polyester sheet combines transparency, high impact-resistance and thermoformability without pre-drying at an appealing cost. The material is transparent and provides equivalent optical properties of polycarbonate and acrylic. PAL-G UV possesses a co-extruded UV protective layer rendering it suitable for outdoor applications. The sheet can easily be formed, shaped, sawed, routed, drilled and die cut. Three colors are standard, clear, bronze and white opal, with other transparent and opaque colors available upon request. Thickness from 1.5 to 8 mm and three standard sheet sizes.
