Grinder Line
Recycling Technologies, Inc., (RTI) new brochure outlines a high quality line of vertical rotary grinders used to economically recycle industrial waste. The U.S. designed and manufactured RTI grinders for recycling wood and plastic waste operate at a low 120 revolutions per minute, a low noise level from 80 to 85 deci bels and a high torque of 30,000 foot pounds per inch. The grinders come with an industry-high two-year warranty. Features include extra heavy-duty all steel construction and thicker side-walls; a rotor shaft with solid steel discs – each pocketed to accept three knife holders; CNC-machined scalloped rotor knives that are six times indexable, 180-degree rotation for easy maintenance; olid, one-piece forged steel shaft; heavy-duty steel hopper and ram; and solid-state PLC controls. Optional features include a magnetic separater, shake conveyors, belt conveyors and horizontal feed grinders.
