Expanded PRO - TEKŪ Sheet Offering

Since bringing custom sheet extrusion in-house in 2002, Pawling Corporation has expanded its PRO·TEKŪ product line to include acrylic/PVC sheet for thermoforming applications. This innovative product, extruded on a Davis-Standard sheet system, offers a versatile alternative to other thermoplastic sheet brands. Impressive processing rates and fast delivery have enabled Pawling to optimize product value and customer satisfaction, better serving the requirements of both thermoformers and distributors.

PRO·TEK acrylic/PVC sheet is available in more than 60 standard colors, between .025 and .125 inches thick and in widths up to 50 inches. It is engineered for thousands of applications including equipment housings, storage compartments, vehicle components, wall coverings and furniture. Advantages include enhanced chemical resistance, damage resistant properties, ease of fabrication and optional Class 1/A and UL94 V-0 fire-retardancy ratings. The standard sheet is acrylic/PVC alloy but other resin grades are available.
