High Speed CNC Panel Saw

SCM introduced the Galaxy 125 PLM High Speed 3200, specially designed for the plastics industry. It offers the mid-to-large size manufacturer/distributor/fabricator the flexibility of cutting acrylic and PETG chip-free and can easily cut all types of other plastics including:

polycarbonate, polyolefins, PVC, UHMW, phenolics, mechanicals, high performance engineering materials and more.

With a maximum cutting width of 10.5’ and a maximum cutting height of 4.42”, the Galaxy 125 has a 24.0 hp main saw motor, a 2.4 hp scoring motor and machine cutting tolerance of +/-.004”.

In addition to a host of other labor saving features, the saw has 3 air flotation tables with individual motors and comes equipped with on-board “cutty” sheet optimization software.
