Curbell Launches Film Product Line
Curbell Plastics announced the launch of their
expanded graphic, display and industrial film
product line. Along with added sales and customer
support, Curbell Plastics has added many new film
materials to their already extensive product line.
A notable addition has been Bayer Makrofol®
polycarbonate, an extremely versatile high-quality
engineering film that allows Curbell Plastics to further
penetrate the automotive, medical and point-of-purchase markets. Textured, clear and high-performance
hard-coated polycarbonate films are
available along with various polyester films (including
hard-coated, printable and heat-stabilized) all
of which are ideal for numerous applications such
as product identification, membrane switches,
nameplates and many others.
Curbell also offers conversion services such as
slitting (including narrow width and spooling),
sheeting, precision guillotining, die cutting and
tipped sheets. In addition Curbell can apply adhesives
or protective masking.
Harold Scott has been appointed Business
Manager for this newly developed unit. Also joining
this unit is David Bauld. Bauld brings 25 years experience in the screen-printing and
industrial films markets. He serves as the Product
and Market Manager for the film business and
will be available for technical help with material
selection, use and application.
