5-Axis Twin Table Router

The DMS 5MB105S is an overheard gantry style 5-axis CNC router featuring dual 5 x 5 foot shuttle tables and 48” of Z-axis travel and clearance. The machining envelope is fully enclosed throughout the machining operation and also when each table shuttles out to the load/unload position. Plastic chips and debris are collected in the removable chip tray mounted beneath the tables. Extremely high cutting and rapid travel speed greatly reduce cycle times while providing consistent part quality. The 5MB105S utilizes the Fagor 8055 controller with TCP/IP network connection, telediagnostics and remote teach pendant programmer. The PC based Fagor 8070 is also available with Windows XP operating system. A continuous C-axis, automatic tool sensor, automatic tool changer and automated vacuum valve control are available to further enhance the machine operation.
