Hendrick continues to offer plastic’s original panel saw, the Hendrick HPS Panel Saw, commonly referred to as a rail saw. The HPS, manufactured at Hendrick in Salem, MA, comes in a wide range of manual and automatic over table models. The machine is an ideal production solution for cutting a wide variety of plastics in any fabrication environment. The saw features 5 hp or 7.5 hp blade motors on precision polished steel rails. The Hendrick HPS is available in cut lengths of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 feet at up to 1,000 inches per minute. Hendrick offers many options such as a PLC based control system, pneumatic pressure beam, chip evacuation, material holddown, custom machine colors and machine configurations.
