Tilting Table Acrylic Edge Polisher
Abbeon is excited to introduce the Bermaq AMT table-top Diamond Edge Polisher machine designed for polishing acrylic and methacrylate parts (PMMA) with high quality finishing. Its table can be positioned to obtain bevels or angles from -3° to 60º. It is ideal for the machining of small pieces. Acrylic plates up to a thickness of 35mm can be polished. The work surface is equipped with a conveyor belt and pressure system for automatic feeding of the acrylic sheet. Both the throughput and the rotational speed of the diamond head can be easily adjusted. The machine is equipped with one diamond head with pre-cutter and synthetic diamond cutter. The diamond head is easily adjustable and exchangeable.

Specifications of the AMT machine are a maximum usable length of 700 mm (27.5”) with a thickness up to 35 mm (1.37”) right angle/20 mm (.78”) to 45° inclination. The maximum depth of cut is 1.4 mm (.055”) with a milling motor speeds of 7,000 to 12,000 RPM. The feed speed is 0 to 1.5 m/min (0 to 4.9 ft/min). The polisher is a 230 V 1PH // 50Hz/60Hz, or 120V and measure only 792 x 539 x 267 mm (31 x 21 x 10.5”).
