Ensinger Penn Fibre is ISO 9001:2015 certified and specializes in thin gauge, high performance, and engineering thermoplastics including sheets, coils, strips, punched and CNC parts. Their extensive portfolio of products include a variety of thermoformable materials: Pennite® 4512 is a 12% glass reinforced Nylon 6 with heat sag resistance, ideal for a variety of formed applications; Tecapei™ using Ultem® PEI has exceptional mechanical, thermal and electrical properties which, in combination with glass fiber reinforcement (10, 20 or 30%), provides greater tensile strength and rigidity; Tecanyl® using Noryl™ PPE exhibits unusually low moisture absorption, perfect for a wide range of humidity and temperature conditions; Tecatron® PPS 40% GF is a semi crystalline, high temperature thermoplastic which offers extremely high strength along with excellent chemical resistance; Tecapeek® PEEK is available in a variety of grades which can withstand very high continuous working temperatures, harsh chemicals, and exacting radiation and Tecaran™ ABS is uniquely characterized by its toughness and impact strength even at low temperatures, and a unique position of being a bridge between commodity and other high performance thermoplastics.
